I bought a Complete Skin Care Kit during their promotion back in April 2022. The payment was processed, but when I reached out to their online support, they mentioned they would check on it. Here we are in August, and I still haven't gotten the product or my money back. I tried to follow up again, but it seems my email has been blocked.

I initially thought this was a scam, so I messed up my review. My bad! I want to say sorry to Viola Skin, who was super quick to respond to my emails and really professional. The items took a bit longer to arrive because of the jubilee, but the customer service was top-notch. Thanks for being patient with me while I was going on!

I got the vitamin C serum and I’m really into it! It’s definitely one of the top ones I’ve tried. I used the 50p coupons and chose free delivery to my nearby shop, so I ended up grabbing two more items for just 50p each with delivery. It’s fantastic, and I’m super excited to test out the other serums!

Awesome product! This vitamin C serum is top-notch!!! I was pretty frustrated with my previous order since it took ages to arrive, so I asked Paypal for a refund because it just wasn’t showing up... The manager actually called me to say sorry personally after I got my money back from Paypal. He assured me they’d improve and even sent me another set of items at no charge.

I’m really happy they took my complaint seriously, unlike some other business owners who don’t care when they lose a customer due to their mistakes!

I recently picked up the vitamin C serum for the second time. The first time I got it, I used it a few times and then kinda forgot about it. But I found it again and now I’m using it every day. I like to put it on before I do my make-up. It really helps to smooth my skin, especially since I’m over 50. I also use it at night. Not sure if it’s supposed to act like a make-up primer, but it definitely works better for me than those usual moisturizers that always leave my skin feeling greasy and heavy. It’s light, fresh, and has no strong smell.

Absolutely terrible delivery experience. I placed my order on November 25th, and it’s still not been sent out. I had to shoot them an email to find out what was going on, and they told me the item is out of stock and should be back in a week or two. I checked the website again, and it still says 'hurry, only XX in stock!' This means they’re either lying to customers on the site or when they respond. They can’t even give me a clear idea of when my order will actually ship.

Edit: Finally got the item on December 12th.

As I mentioned before, they don’t honor their discount codes or process refunds. Their customer support is just terrible; they lost my first package, and the second one was sent to the wrong address. Now I’m stuck trying to track down the item myself.

While their products are fantastic, the service really lets them down. I still don’t have any items, and their advertising is misleading since discount codes aren’t accepted. Plus, according to the proof from Royal Mail, the item isn’t even boxed as they claimed. It’s such a bummer that their service is this lacking.

I've consistently had great experiences with Violaskin. Their products are fantastic, and I've been using the Vitamin C serum, Retinol, and moisturizer for a few years now. Folks often compliment my skin, and someone I hadn't seen in ages asked, 'What skin cream do you use? You look just the same!' I took that as a real compliment! I used to go for Boots No7, but I reckon this line is way better. The serums are lightweight and soak in easily, not sticky like many other brands. I'm sticking with them for the long run! The only minor issue is that when I order a full set, I get a lovely presentation box, but if I just grab one or two items, it comes in a Jiffy bag. Not a biggie for me, though. I'd totally recommend it. I usually wait for a deal before I buy.
